Fixed price in EUR
Contract signed before work begins. The price in the agreement is the price you pay — no additions at the end.

Written guarantee
24 months on structural works. 12 months on finishing. We return at no charge if issues arise within that period.

The same craftspeople on every project — not rotating subcontractors hired per job.

Deadline as a commitment
The completion date in the contract is a commitment, not an estimate. Delays are our problem, not yours.

How we prepare a fixed quotation.
Site visit & measurement
We visit in person and measure the space. Free of charge, no obligation.
Design & material proposal
We propose a design direction and specific materials for your approval.
Fixed EUR quotation
You receive a written quotation. The price does not change once the contract is signed.
Contract & start date
We agree a start date and a completion date — both are written commitments.

Property management
Priced differently — as a percentage of collected rent, not a project quotation.

Deducted only from rent actually received. No hidden fees.

Do you issue invoices and contracts in EUR?
Yes — every contract, invoice and quotation we issue is in EUR, for clients in Bulgaria and across the EU.
Can the price change after the contract is signed?
No. The fixed price in the signed contract is the price you pay. Additional scope requested during the project is quoted and agreed in writing separately.
Is the site visit free?
Yes — the initial site visit, measurement and quotation are free of charge and without obligation.
